It is with great honor and pleasure that I welcome you to the Asian and Oceanian Association of Neurology (AOCN) Congress 2026, held in Medan, Indonesia.

Neurology is entering a transformative era. Rapid advances in neuroscience research, neuroimaging, genetics, digital technology, and novel therapeutics have profoundly expanded our understanding of neurological disorders. However, these scientific breakthroughs bring with them an essential responsibility: to ensure that innovation meaningfully translates into improved patient care.
