Coffee breaks in the foyer at scheduled times. Lunch served in the hotel dining area.

Main hall for opening/closing ceremonies, plenary sessions, and international keynotes. Simultaneous translation available, capacity up to 1,500 delegates.
Convention 1 — Parallel KONAS 1
Theatre-style configuration for symposia and oral presentations. Live-streaming available for remote delegates.
Convention 2 — Parallel KONAS 2
Parallel symposia, panel discussions, and case-based presentations. Flexible configuration based on session type.
Room 15, 16, 17 — Parallel AOCN 2
Parallel session rooms for oral presentations, abstract sessions, and sub-specialty discussions.

Speakers' Ready Room

Workshop Rooms
Pre-congress workshops on 18–19 November. Procedural simulation, hands-on training, and practice stations.
Grand Ballroom
