Self Registration

Register yourself via the online portal. Suitable for individual participants paying themselves or via their institution.

Choose category & workshop (optional)
Pay via VA or QRIS — auto-confirmed
Participant QR code is emailed

Registration Through Sponsor / Institution

Pharma companies, hospitals, or institutions register & pay for multiple doctors at once via a single transaction.

Self-Registration Steps

Create Account

Visit /register and fill in name, email, WhatsApp, and password. Select profession category and country.

Pick Pre-Congress Workshop Optional

After login, pick a pre-congress workshop (18–19 November 2026). Workshops are charged separately, with limited seats, and only for domestic participants.

Complete Payment

Choose a payment method and complete within 24 hours. Your slot is held for 24 hours from registration. If unpaid, the slot is auto-released.

Auto Confirmation

After payment, a confirmation email is sent with registration number (AOCN-XXXXXX) and QR code for on-site check-in.

Complete Identity Data Required

After payment, fill in NIK / Passport, Satu Sehat name, certificate name, hospital/institution, and address in the participant dashboard.
